Do you take custom orders?
Yes! Go to our Custom order page, fill up & submit the form. We’ll prepare a quote for you.

How much is delivery?
Delivery is a flat fee of $15 for orders under $120. Orders above $120 enjoy free delivery! 😉
Why is the delivery so expensive?
Because our pieces are handmade and delicate, we use a courier service that handles them with extra care. We want to make sure your order reaches you safely!
Do you deliver outside of Singapore?
At the moment, we only deliver within Singapore.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 weeks (home decor items), 4-6 weeks (furnitures) after payment. Delivery times may vary depending on courier schedules and your location. Delivery time is usually from 10am - 5pm.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
No, we do not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind or minor imperfections. Refunds or exchanges are only possible if the item is damaged before delivery.
Can I send this as a gift?
Absolutely! Handmade pieces make meaningful gifts. You can enter the recipient’s address at checkout and we’ll deliver directly to them.
Are they handmade items?
Yes, Madeblock products are all handmade. Each Madeblock piece is handcrafted with care. Subtle variations are a natural part of handmade work. No two are ever identical and that uniqueness is what makes them special!
What materials do you use for your products?
They are made of tiles, plywood, adhesive glue, grout, wood sealant (to prevent moulding at the bottom), and felt (to prevent scratches on your surface).
Can your coasters handle hot cups?
They are best for cold or warm items. Super hot items might affect their durability.
Can your products go into the bathroom, moist areas, or outdoors?
It’s best to keep them indoors and in dry spots to maintain durability. Never soak them in water.
How do I care for your products?
Wipe gently with a damp cloth or wet tissue and allow them to air dry properly.
The item/colour i want is sold out, will it be restocked?
For sustainability, we source our materials in small batches. This means that some items or colours may take a little time to be restocked, as we wait for the next batch before we can begin fabrication.
