Delivery Method
All orders are delivered via courier service as our items are fragile and require extra care.


Delivery Fees

  • A flat delivery fee of $15 applies for orders below $120.

  • Free delivery for orders $120 and above.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 weeks (home decors), 4-6 weeks (tile goods/custom pieces) after payment is confirmed.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on courier schedules and your location. Usually from 10am-5pm.

Delivery Areas

  • We currently deliver within Singapore only.

  • Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. 

  • If you have any specific delivery instructions (e.g., leave with guard/reception), kindly indicate them when placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate.

Grouped Deliveries

To keep delivery costs affordable and reduce our carbon footprint, we arrange deliveries in bulk with other customer orders and we will notify you once your order is on its way.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • We do not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind or minor imperfections.

  • Refunds or exchanges are only offered if an item is damaged or broken before delivery.

Repairs

  • If the grout breaks, you may send the item back for a free repair.

  • Customers will be responsible for the courier fees to and from our studio.

Reporting an Issue

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.

  • Kindly provide photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review your case and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

All our pieces are handmade, so slight variations or imperfections are natural and part of their character. We do our best to make each item as perfect as possible, but no two pieces will be identical.
